A message from our MD

First, we are full of gratitude to God and secondly to our esteemed guests over the 20 years that we have been in operation. When we opened our doors 20 years ago, we hoped that Gracehouse resort would succeed in meeting the expectations of a discriminating niche of clientele with a need of five-star quality hotel services yet with affordable prices.

From humble beginnings, we started with few facilities and amenities but with a professional and friendly staff. Our professional and personalized customer service has seen us grow our clientele with many returning guests to which we owe our growth and success. As a result, we now boast ample conference rooms, restaurants, and modern accommodation facilities.

It is overwhelming to see how far we have come especially considering statistics that show that only 25% of businesses last 15 years or more. It is through God's grace and our guests’ continued support that we have been able to grow and thrive all these years.

Since our opening, we have learnt and grown in our service delivery and we are celebrated for our outstanding customer service, food quality, and warm, homely accommodation. Our staff takes it away, with their exceptional service and warmth to our guests.

More than ever before, we are committed to excelling in our customer service. We are inspired by our guests’ confidence in us and look forward to continuing our services for many more years to come.
